Meet Our Director
Engr. Umar Saeed
A civil engineer by training and a project manager by profession, Engr. Umar Saeed has spent more than three decades building Pakistan's homes, industrial estates and infrastructure. He holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from UET Peshawar (1992) and an MBA in Project Management, with executive training at LUMS.
His career spans some of Punjab's largest developments: as General Manager Construction at CONEX Pakistan he delivered the roads, water supply and sewerage infrastructure of DHA Phase 8 Lahore, a project of around Rs 5 billion. As Senior Project Manager at Eden Housing he oversaw the construction of 2,000 houses. At Punjab Industrial Estates (PIEDMC) he served as Chief Engineer Civil and General Manager, supervising industrial estates across Punjab with a combined financial layout of around Rs 18 billion, and played a pivotal role in the Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park Bahawalpur, for which he received a Commendation Certificate from the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
